How to Use
Frostallion Noct is the only one of the eight legendaries obtainable by breeding with a non-legendary partner. The unique Frostallion × Helzephyr pairing sits right in the breeding table, so a single Frostallion opens a supply line without ever facing the Lv.65 alpha boss. Its field spawn level is the second highest among legendary alphas after Jetragon, which makes the breeding route the clearly earlier answer compared to direct capture. Stat-wise it is Frostallion's frame with only defense raised — a Dark-type variant that swaps its weakness but handles exactly the same.
